Let's talk Christianity

Christianity that is Inside Out Truly God's Personal

Our Mission

The Personal Christianity Podcast

Let's talk about Christianity with you as the focus.

Because faith isn't measured on Sunday mornings.

It's measured in the quiet moments when no one else is watching.

True Christianity is inside out — heart-deep, private, personal devotion to Christ that transforms who you are when nobody's looking and when everybody is watching.

The Mistake We Make

We often equate being Christian with going to church and fulfilling public requirements. While these matter and have their place...

...what matters most to God is how much of a Christian we are from within — especially when we're alone and nobody is watching.

"But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God."

Let's Grow Faith Together

This podcast exists to challenge us: move beyond public performance to private transformation. Authentic Christianity is forged in the unseen — in solitary prayer, generous giving to those in need, and Scripture that shapes our own hearts.

What does it mean to be "born again"?
Just now
1. The Phrase Comes from Jesus The expression “born again” comes from Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus in Gospel of John 3:3: “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus misunderstood and thought Jesus meant entering the mother’s womb again (John 3:4). But Jesus clarified: “Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God” (John 3:5). So being “born again” is being born of water and the Spirit. 2. Born of Water and the Spirit What does that mean? (A) Born of Water In the New Testament, water is consistently connected with baptism: Acts 2:38 — “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized… for the remission of sins.” Acts 22:16 — “Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins.” 1 Peter 3:21 — “There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism…” Baptism is not a human work that earns salvation. It is the point where God applies the cleansing power of Christ’s blood to the obedient believer. Just like a child passes through water at physical birth, the sinner passes through water at spiritual birth. (B) Born of the Spirit The Spirit works through the Word of God: James 1:18 — “Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth.” 1 Peter 1:23 — “Having been born again… through the word of God.” The Spirit reveals the gospel (Ephesians 6:17). When we hear, believe, and obey that gospel, the Spirit brings about new life. So spiritual birth happens when: The Word is received, Faith is formed, Obedience follows, Sins are forgiven.

Is God Personal?

Yes, you go to church, yes you read the Bible, yes you do good things, but ask your heart, do I have a personal friendship with God? If there is just one slot for heaven, can your friendship with God get you in?

That's our target here on Personal Christianity.
